October, 2025
Dear GHCDS Community:
Following an extensive recruitment and vetting process the GHCDS HOS Search Committee is pleased to announce that three finalist candidates have been identified and are scheduled to visit Good Hope Country Day School in the next two weeks.
These visits, as outlined in the attached schedule of activities, are designed to engage the candidates with our various constituents including faculty, staff, parents, children and the Board of Trustees. Each session will provide a process and opportunity for participants to share their impressions of the candidates, which will be reviewed by the Board as they make this critical determination of who will lead GHCDS into the future.
The first candidate, Dr. Isabel Eliaschev will be with us on October 8 and 9. We encourage everyone to attend their appropriate session and share their thoughts. A bio for Dr. Eliaschev is here for your review.
We encourage everyone to participate in this very important process.
Sincerely,
GHCDS HOS Search Committee
