Lower School Aide, 2023-24
The Lower School Aide provides academic and/or behavioral instruction and/or support for students in Nursery to 6th grade, as assigned.. She/he works collaboratively with the classroom teacher and other colleagues, attends various events and meetings as required, and performs other duties as assigned.
After School Care Staff Member, 2023-24
The After School Care Staff Member coordinates After School Care (also known as After Care), an optional, self-sustaining program designed to provide age-appropriate afternoon supervision for students in Nursery through 6th grade. GHCDS employs two (or more) After Care staff members, dividing the students by age into two (or more) groups, depending on the number of participants. After Care begins at 3:30 p.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. on all days in which school ends at the normal time (3:30 p.m.). On occasion, After Care may also be offered on early dismissal days.
