Congratulations Cooper Crowther!

After a long day of tests at the Military Entrance Processing Station in Guaynabo, PR, Cooper Crowther was accepted into the US Marine Corps. He has enlisted for eight years of duty, four years of active duty, followed by four years in the Reserves. He is currently a Ready Reserve in the Delayed Entry Program. His entry is delayed until he finishes high school, after which time he will report for Boot Camp at the Marines’ earliest convenience. We look forward to learning more about your acceptance process and your commendable decision soon, Cooper; WELL DONE!

The Road to the White House

The 11th grade Upper School students completed a project in which they made predictions of the how many electors each candidate would get, based on their own research and poll analysis.  Students worked in groups or by themselves. They were required to hand in a chart showing all the states and which candidate would receive their electors and a map depicting these predictions in color, and a brief analysis of certain swing states. As of this writing, several different results are still feasible, and many students are hoping that their prediction will be the closest to the actual outcome.
