In honor of Earth Day last week, 2nd graders learned all about endangered species. They learned many facts from what they eat, to where they live, to why they’re threatened. This week, students were excited to share some of what they learned to Lower School at Friday Gathering.
This week the student in the ELC learned all about trees and all their parts. They explored the different kind of trees all over campus and identified things like the roots, trunk and bark on the trees.
This week the science fair award and certificate winners were recognized during the advisory period.
A big thank you to GHCDS administration, and our community and national science supporters for their efforts to make this year’s science fair a success.
