  • Classroom supplies (labeled in advance, if required) may be left at this time.
  • Paperwork for Aftercare, including Emergency Contact information, must be completed by all families, but only 1 time for families with multiple students enrolled.

  • Nurse Cooper will be available to receive any medications or special medical information from parents; your health forms may be left with your classroom teachers.
  • The Parents' Association will be present outside the Main Office to answer questions, encourage volunteerism and to welcome families back for the new school year.
  • Should you have incomplete business with the Business Office, your teacher or an administrator will direct you to Ms. Maysonet in the Main Office.

Registration Day Reminders:

  • Please plan to join us within the time frame allotted, as the afternoon hours will be reserved for organization of paperwork and data entry, as well as final classroom preparation.
  • Additionally, if you need to speak privately with your child’s teacher, please make an appointment for a meeting as there will not be time to have such conversations on Registration Day.
  • Ms. Thatcher, Mr. Sinfield and other administrators will be “floating” and available to assist you with any questions or concerns.
  • The Lower Division specials teachers (Mr. Anderson, P.E; Ms. Dongar, Art; Mr. Hayut, Music; Mr. Chapman, Computer, Ms. Nieves and Ms. Nicholas, Spanish; and Mrs. Bishop, Library), will all be in their classrooms or in the Lower School campus ready to meet and share information about their programs.
