As ELC color days continue, Good Hope Country Day School’s Lower School kicked off the day with a vibrant Friday Morning Assembly, and the room was a sea of orange! The theme of the assembly was all about welcoming new students and faculty into our community.
Each grade had its moment in the spotlight as class representatives introduced our newest members with short, thoughtful introductions. To add to the fun, Nora Kammerzelt led the crowd in a lively call-and-response drumbeat, prompting everyone to enthusiastically shout, "WELCOME, MRS. NOE!" or the name of whomever was being introduced.
It was a heartwarming, community-building experience that truly captured the spirit of GHCDS. What a fantastic way to wrap up the week!
