GHCDS Faculty Workshop Day 1: A Day of Growth and Professional Development
Today, our faculty is engaged in a series of important workshops designed to foster growth and collaboration. The morning session focused on advancing our Strategic Plan, a crucial step as we prepare for the Self-Study phase of the MSA-CESS Accreditation process. In the afternoon, teachers participated in workshops on Cambridge Assessment and Rubrics. The High School Math and Science Departments delved into the Cambridge Curriculum, sharing ideas for effective implementation. Additionally, our mentor teachers worked closely with their mentees, providing guidance and support. A group of faculty members also took the time to renew their certifications in CPR and First Aid. Though it’s a long and busy day, it is also incredibly productive, and we deeply appreciate our teachers' dedication to growth and professional development.
