Michelle Dizon was raised in St. Croix, USVI and is a St. Croix Country Day (CDS) Alum. She completed her undergraduate degree at Tufts University, a Master of Public Health degree at Columbia University , and a medical degree from the Morehouse School of Medicine. She did her internal medicine residency and endocrine fellowship at the University of South Florida. After spending 17 years away from St. Croix she returned home and joined the Juan F. Luis Hospital Internal Medicine Department and then the Charles Harwood Community Health Clinic as an Endocrinologist and Internal Medicine Physician. She also has a private practice in Endocrinology.
CDS and GHCDS has been a big part of her life. Her mother was the CDS school nurse and sex education/health teacher for 18 years. She and her siblings all attended CDS from nursery to Grade 12. Her children Miko (Class of 2020) and Mikey (Class of 2022) are GHCDS Alum. She has been a Board Member since 2007. She currently serves on the Advancement Committee.
