Chivonne K. Romney-Lee was born and raised in St. Croix, USVI and is a graduate of St. Croix Country Day School. At the age of 17, she left to attend college in Washington, DC. Chivonne graduated with her BA in Psychology from The George Washington University and her BS in Accounting, MS in Finance and MBA from the
University of Maryland. After 17 years in the US, a very cold winter brought her back to St. Croix for a quick visit to defrost. Nine years later, she has made St. Croix home once again. Upon returning home, she worked for the local government along with private practice. Chivonne has since branched out on her own and currently owns three businesses on the island. This school was the foundation of who she is today and is pleased that her 8-year-old daughter now attends GHCDS and can have the same excellent education and experience.
Though raising her daughter takes up most of her free time, Chivonne enjoys singing, traveling, reading and anything water related. She currently serves on the Finance Committee.
