3D 1

5th graders applied their 3D modeling skills to the Veterans Appreciation competition by FutureEngineers.org. After researching inspiration images, they designed a wearable pin in Tinkercad that honors veterans for their service. The grand prize is a trip for two to Columbus, OH, to attend a special event on Memorial Day at the National Veterans Memorial and Museum. Additionally, a 3D printer will be donated to the winner’s school. Below are links to designs students entered into the competition. Click on the image of the design to see a 3D preview.
