GHCDS Athletes Tackle 8 Tuff Miles

This past Saturday, several GHCDS students and parents joined 1,200 runners in tackling St. John’s iconic 8 Tuff Miles road race, a grueling course that begins at sea level in Cruz Bay, climbs to an elevation of 999 feet, and then descends to the finish line in Coral Bay.

Eight GHCDS seniors showed incredible determination, with Nathan Langley, Kaeden Gleason, and Cole Sommer sweeping the podium in the male 17-19 age category, finishing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd respectively. Kirra Lambert delivered an outstanding performance as well, securing 2nd place in the female 17-19 division.

A huge congratulations to all of our GHCDS athletes for their perseverance, way to represent!
